What will my working hours be?

Flexible Role 24-30 hours per week, you select the days and start and finish times that work for you.

What do I get Paid?‍

Your wage will be dependent on your demonstrated experience in this field and your ability to find and implement solutions.

Where will I work?

You’ll be working from our Muswellbrook office.

Will I need to relocate?

We prefer our administration team to live within 30 minutes of our business locations.

Do I need a drivers licence?

Yes you will require an Australian Driver’s licence for this role and reliable transport.

What type of work will I be doing?

You will be the go-to person for all things Inductions and Medicals. You will book Pre-Placement Order 43 medicals, Periodic Medicals and look after all team site inductions both new and renewals. You'll also manage licensing and competency renewals and maintain relevant spreadsheets, contact lists and processes. You will use Damstra, Pegasus, Rapid Global and GWOS portals and need to be able to navigate these and understand the parameters.

What experience is required?

Experience working in the inductions/competency space for a mine site or contracting company, general administration experience. A thorough understanding of health and safety compliance in the mining industry is highly advantageous. Proficient in Office 365. Proficient in Excel.
